The Technology Leadership and Innovation Management (TLIM) degree prepares individuals to excel in leadership and project management roles within technology-based organizations. Degree Requirements

The TLIM program consists of 120 credit hours, including:

  • 42 credit hours of general education (core curriculum).
  • Major core courses in leadership, project management, and innovation.
  • Directed emphasis coursework tailored to individual career goals.
GPA Requirements
  • A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required in all major and directed emphasis courses.
  • Transfer students must meet the same GPA requirements for courses applied toward the degree.

Academic Standards

All majors and minors in the Department of Information and Science Technology must:

  • Earn a grade of C or better in all major and minor courses.
  • No grade lower than C will be accepted for transfer credits applied to the TLIM degree.
